Canadian beef jerky headed into orbit

In an article by Sarah Mclellan, Edmonton Journal, She writes:

"Beef jerky from Hamel's Meats in Cold Lake has been feasted on in places as remote as Singapore and South Africa and as familiar as Ontario and Nova Scotia. Now it's going to outer space.

Two and a half pounds of Hamel's Meats sweet and spicy beef jerky will be travel today aboard shuttle Endeavour mission STS-127, which is set to launch shortly after 5 a. m. Alberta time in Florida."
