In Conversation With Jon Steinman

We share a passion. Canadian agriculture. Agriculture affects everyone whether we realize it or not. The food we eat, the clothes we where and some of the basic materials used in daily lives can all be derived from Canadian agricultural products.

Mr. Steinman is passionate. Food; where it comes from, how its made and prepared are some of the many subject that fuels his passion. Mr. Hosts is the host of Deconstructing Dinner, a internationally syndicated radio show and colum. In conversation, we offered to share some of his articles with our audience.
