When is it going to stop

The Ontario government seems to feel the need to keep passing rules regulations and acts to keep creating more headaches and expense for farmers. No one ever questions how these things will be looked after or how they will affect things. The latest in a list of hair brain ideas to be created was the OSPCA Storm Troopers. Let me get this straight we have just given a group of volunteers the right to enter your property with out a warrant or justification. They can seize your livestock and you are guilty till you prove yourself innocent not the other way around. Does any one else out there feel like we have just lost our rights why would you give volunteer group of animal activists more power then the police. Does anyone else have anything to say?
