Getting started

Instructions for: http://buyfromthefarm.ca

Register

1. Visit : BuyFromTheFarm.ca
2. Click on: Register Top left corner of the page
3. Fill out the registration form
   1. Create a user name
   2. Provide a valid Email address
   3. Create a password
   4. Repeat the password
   5. Copy the alphanumerical code into the CAPTCHA box below (pay special attention to case)
   6. Click on Create new account

1. Register if necessary
2. Click on login at the top left corner of the page
   1. Provide your user name or Email address
   2. Provide your password
   3. Copy the alphanumerical code into the box below (pay special attention to case)
   4. Click on the login button

Create a listing

1. 1. Login
2. Click on Create a listing with BuyFromTheFarm.ca located in the left pane of the page under the User functions
3. From the sub-menu, Choose Create producer listing or (vendor or suplier, depending on which ever applies to you)
4. Read the instruction on the listings page

Participating to a Forum

1. Login
2. Click on forum located in the left pane of the page under the Contributions
3. Choose a topic you vish to contribute to.
4. Read the instruction on the forum page

Publish or modify a listing

1. Login
2. Click on My listings under User functions in the left pane
3. To edit, click on the the listing title (Both paid and unpaid listings can be edited)
   1. Click on the Edit tab
   2. Make the desired changes
   3. Click on the submit button
5. To publish a paid listing, click on the Publish link rather then the listing title mentioned in step 3
6. Your paid listing will be placed in your shopping cart, which you will find in the left pane of the page. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
