Posting

- Users must have registered and verified their email addresses to post material on this site.
- Users may submit content in either english or french, although we encourage any who are capable to enter their information in both languages.
- All content is moderated, and will only be published after approval.
- We assume that our users have the right to publish any content that they post. If violation of copyright is brought to our attention, the material will be removed immediately.
- The moderators will edit any material they feel necessary.
- All material must be in good taste. Any inflamatory material, or material that goes beyond fair comment on political topics, or which flies in the face of commonly held social values, is forbidden.

Recipes
- Recipes may be posted by any registered user.
- Recipes must include items from our list of products as ingredients. If a recipe does not include locally produced ingredients, it will not be accepted.
- If moderation of the recipe requires changes which might affect the use of the recipe, those changes will be approved by the user who submitted the recipe before it will be published.

Events
- Events may be posted by any registered user.
- Events must be for community oriented events, and are moderated for content and accuracy before publication.
- Events must be non-profit, agricultural, or fund-raising in nature. Rural fairs, workshops and strawberry socials all qualify.
- Commercial events will not be approved. For example, auctions and flea markets may be listed as classified ads.

Other Content
- Any registered user may be promoted to contributor.
- Contributors may publish material without moderation, although review will necessarily follow the posting.
- Contributors will be given responsibility for a topic, and may if they are willing be given the ability to moderate discussions on that topic.

Classified ads (Corporate advertising)
- Registered users may post classified ads.
- Classified ads are visible to the submitting user, and may be developed without payment. They will not be published when created.
- Payment for a classified ad may be made using the PayPay tab. The ad will be published when paid, and will remain available for a period of 31 days from publication.

Listings
- Listings may be created by any registered user, and the users listing page will be visible as long as the member logs in to the site at least once every six months.
- Users with listings may change their listing information at any time.
- Listings may be tagged with multiple types. For example, a farm which grows produce in the summer and offers hay rides in the winter should explain both on their listing, and designate the listing as both 'Producer' and 'Other Services'.
